The Wisconsin Department of Health Services defines an Adult Family Home as “A place where three or four adults who are not related to the operator reside and receive care, treatment or services that are above the level of room and board and that may include up to 7 hours per week of nursing care per resident” (Courtesy of DHS.Wisconsin.gov).
Currently, CLA operates 10 Adult Family Home’s(AFH) throughout the state, providing medical assistance, everyday living needs and activities to our residents. Below is a list of locations of our Adult Family Homes.
